Filling the Registration and Extension Form:-

(1) FRRO
registration & Visa Extension forms are available on
http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/frro
(2)
Priority
will be given to computer generated Online Application Form, you can save
your Valuable time.
(3)
Forms
has total three pages, Fill the details of all the three pages, take
suitable appointment date and
confirm it to get Application Form.
(4) Please
fill your personal details:
(a)
Like Surname, Given Name, Date of Birth, father name, Mother Name, Spouse
Name as in passport.
(b) If no
identification mark, please type NIL or NULL.
(5) Note down the
Application ID.
(6) Please
fill Passport Details as in your passport, Current Visa Details as in
Current Visa.
(7) Address
intended for longer stay in
India
(Registration):
Be
careful while selecting City/District, which will decide your registration
office.
(8) *Indicates
the Mandatory Fields.
(9) Please
type the correct code shown otherwise it will give Invalid Image Values.
(10) If
you click Save and Continue button, your information will be saved and
continue filling up the form.
If you click Save and Exit button,
Partial information will be saved. You can continue entering the
remaining
information later using the Application ID.
If you Exit without doing either of
Save and Continue/Save and Exit, your information will be lost.
(11) Please
don’t Press Refresh/Back/Forward while filling the form.
(12) Please
read given instructions carefully before confirmation of appointment date.
The
system will automatically generate online application in PDF format.
Applicant must take a print out
of the online application and submit the
application along with all the required documents at
the FRRO Office on
the Date indicated in the online application duly signed by the
applicant &
paste a recent color passport size photograph.
Application
form can also be saved in the PDF locally and take print out later.
Application
form can be re-printed by using Re-Print/Get-Appointment button in first page.
In
case appointment date is not generated for completely filled application,
appointment date can be obtained
by clicking the Re-
Print/Get-Appointment button.
